2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

To process your request securely and efficiently, we require that you submit it from the email address associated with your Booked & Beautiful account.

In the body of the email, please include the following information:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your account.
• A clear statement that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data (e.g., "I hereby request the immediate deletion of my personal data and the closure of my account.").

3. What Happens After You Submit a Request

1. Verification: We will first verify your identity by matching the request email with the account in our system. This is a critical security step to prevent unauthorized deletion.
2. Confirmation: Once verified, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
3. Processing: We will process your request and delete all personal data we hold about you from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may persist in our encrypted backup systems for a short period as part of our disaster recovery procedures, but it will be permanently deleted from those backups according to their standard lifecycle.
4. Completion: You will receive a final email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
