Q: Where can I learn to set up my account myself?

Q: How do I create my booking page?

A: Log in, go to 'Settings' and then 'Booking Page'. From there, you can customize your page, add services, and set your availability. Then, share your unique link with your clients.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: We use Stripe for secure payments. Connect your Stripe account in the 'Payments' section of your dashboard, and client payments will go directly to you.

Q: Can I manage a team?

A: Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add team members, assign them services, and manage their calendars from your main account.

For Clients/Customers

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Click the booking link from your stylist or salon. Select a service, choose an available time, and book your appointment.

Q: How do I cancel or reschedule?

A: Use the link in your booking confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. Please note the salon's cancellation policy.

Q: Is my payment info safe?

A: Absolutely. We use Stripe, a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
