Thank you for choosing Booked & Beautiful. We strive to provide a valuable and reliable service to all our subscribers. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription, as it outlines our policy regarding refunds.


1. Subscription Fees


Booked & Beautiful is a subscription-based service. Fees for our plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually) and are non-refundable.


2. No Refunds for Subscription Fees


We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods, downgrades, or unused time if you decide to cancel your subscription during your billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid billing period.


3. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy


  • Digital Service Nature: As a digital service, we incur costs the moment you gain access to the platform. Unlike a physical product, we cannot "resell" the access period.
  • Immediate Access: Your subscription grants you immediate access to our suite of tools, features, and resources.
  • Clear Terms: Our billing practices and the non-refundable nature of subscriptions are clearly stated before you complete your purchase and in our Terms and Conditions.


4. Cancellation


You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, please log in to your account and manage your subscription settings or contact our support team.


5. Service Provider Payments


Please note: This policy applies to fees paid directly to Booked & Beautiful for the use of our SaaS platform. Payments made by Customers to Service Providers (e.g., for appointments, deposits) are handled solely by the individual Service Provider. Any requests for refunds for services rendered by a Service Provider must be directed to and resolved with that Service Provider directly.


6. Exceptions


In certain exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may grant a refund if it is clearly warranted. For example, if there has been a critical, ongoing failure of the Service that we are unable to resolve, and which prevents you from using the core functionalities of your subscription.
